In 2017, ICES implemented emPath HRIS as its Core HR system. The deployment centralized employee master records and established emPath HRIS as the single HRIS supporting the Canadian nonprofit organization of roughly 600 employees. The implementation emphasized standard HR operational processes and structured reporting workflows to consolidate employee information and simplify recordkeeping.
ICES prepared and maintained various HR reports using emPath HRIS, using the application for operational reporting, headcount tracking, and routine HR record maintenance. Configuration work included role based access to report outputs and scheduling of recurring report runs to ensure timely delivery to HR stakeholders, with reporting templates and ownership assigned to the central HR reporting function.
