In 2010, ID Label implemented Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200). The deployment used Sage 100 as the ERP Financial backbone to centralize purchasing, inventory and transaction records for a 50-employee professional services manufacturer supporting production, assembly, shipping and sales functions.
The implementation configured core inventory control and purchasing modules to manage raw material levels and to generate purchase orders, reflecting prior use of MAS90-style purchasing workflows. Receiving and shipping transaction capture was established to retain daily shipping receipts and documents for domestic and international shipments, and production scheduling capabilities were used to coordinate assembly, shipping and sales to maintain quality control and timely delivery.
Operational coverage included supervision of a six-person production team and day-to-day control of shipping and receiving for both large and small volume shipments to Fortune 500 clients, with carriers such as FedEx, UPS and courier services routinely used. Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) served as the single record source for inventory location, stock levels and purchase commitments, enabling tighter coordination between the production manager and departmental leads.
Governance and process changes emphasized systematic assembly, receiving and inventory layout to maximize space and productivity, and staff workflows were aligned to the Sage 100 ERP Financial data model to support order placement, receiving documentation and production scheduling. The system implementation anchored routine control points for quality checks, material reordering and shipping documentation retention without introducing external implementation partner references.

In 2021, ID Label implemented WooCommerce on its website. The deployment uses WooCommerce in the eCommerce category to operate the company website as an online storefront and to manage transactional workflows for this United States based professional services firm.
The WooCommerce implementation was provisioned on the Automattic WordPress site and includes standard eCommerce functional modules such as product catalog management, storefront theming and merchandising, checkout and payment processing configuration, order management, and shipping and tax rule setup. Configuration efforts emphasized the WooCommerce admin experience for managing SKUs, pricing, and customer orders alongside storefront presentation and cart flows.
Operational ownership centers on sales and operations teams, with WooCommerce administrative roles and permissions applied for product management and order fulfillment. Governance was structured around site-level workflows, using the WooCommerce order lifecycle and admin tooling to handle order intake, fulfillment coordination, and customer-facing order status, while inventory and catalog management are handled within the store configuration rather than a separate enterprise ERP.
