In 2014, IDKIDS implemented Kyriba Treasury as its Treasury Management platform. The implementation was led by the Head of the IT Finance project based in Roubaix, and it was positioned to centralize treasury controls and improve cash operations at group finance level.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to manage bank reconciliation and core treasury workflows, and project documentation records a 2015 activity focused on securing and optimizing bank reconciliation in KYRIBA software. Functional workstreams implemented align with Treasury Management capabilities, including reconciliations, cash visibility and routine treasury operations configured to support standardized finance processes.
The Kyriba Treasury deployment operated alongside the group finance application landscape, which included CODA for accounting workstreams, Notilus for expense report dematerialization and Basware for supplier invoice dematerialization. Governance and rollout were managed by the finance IT project team between 2014 and 2018, with finance project managers coordinating related accounting key and supplier repository standardization efforts to align treasury procedures with broader finance system changes.
