The Nodhos ERP deployment was configured with explicit functional modules, including procurement management and inventory and cost price management. The implementation also included management of subcontracting and co-contracting, quality control management, import management, and a Supply Chain Extranet Portal to centralize supplier interactions and transactional exchange. Architecturally the implementation emphasized end-to-end execution workflows within Nodhos ERP, enabling purchase-to-receipt processes, stock valuation and cost price flows, subcontractor job tracking, and quality checkpoints tied to inbound and in-house processes. Configuration aligned transactional data and master data structures to support operational control across procurement and logistics teams, and to provide a single system of record for supply chain execution. Operational governance was organized around standardized procurement approvals, inventory costing controls, and supplier portal access controls, with role-based workflows and audit trails implemented in the system. The implementation concentrated on embedding supply chain process orchestration into the ERP Financial platform to support procurement, logistics, quality, and subcontracting business functions.
