UNIT4 Legacy Unit4 Prosoft HRMS Core HR HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 IMC Industrial Group deployed Unit4 Prosoft HRMS as its Core HR application to establish a centralized human resources system spanning its regional operations. The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS implementation was positioned at group level and targeted HR administration across Singapore, China, Thailand and Indonesia, supporting diverse lines of business including shipping, investment, learning, real estate and plantations. The Unit4 Prosoft HRMS deployment focused on Core HR capabilities common to enterprise HR suites, configured for centralized employee master data, organizational structure and role administration, absence and time workflows, and approval routing. The implementation emphasized role based access controls and workflow automation to align HR operational processes across multiple business units, and the Unit4 Prosoft HRMS instance was managed as part of the group applications portfolio. Architecturally the HRMS operated alongside IMC s Group Financial System, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation for EPM, maritime ERP systems ShipNet and Dataloy, Sungard treasury, the legal and corporate secretary system, the group SharePoint intranet and approximately 20 in house .NET applications. The broader IT platform elements that supported the Unit4 Prosoft HRMS rollout included Active Directory and Exchange for identity and messaging, Citrix XenApp virtualization and network load balancing for application delivery, and regional application rollout using an ADFS single sign on approach. Governance and operational readiness were driven by Group IT through formal procedures for IT risk management, business recovery and application controls, with centralized oversight of IT capex and operations budgets. Ongoing operational practices included a cloud based service desk portal, service desk operations, asset lifecycle management and mobile device management, all coordinated to sustain the Unit4 Prosoft HRMS as the enterprise Core HR system for IMC Industrial Group.

ShipNet Legacy ShipNet One Maritime ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, IMC Industrial Group implemented ShipNet One, deploying a Maritime ERP to centralize maritime operations and commercial accounting. The implementation was led by the Group Applications function and scoped across Singapore, China, Thailand and Indonesia, supporting IMC lines of business that include shipping, investment, learning, real estate and plantations, with primary business function coverage focused on shipping operations and vessel commercial management. ShipNet One was configured to deliver core Maritime ERP capabilities, including voyage accounting, chartering and commercial operations, ship management and maintenance planning, and crewing workflows. Configuration emphasis included multi-entity financial structures, role based access controls and standardized master data templates to align maritime accounting with group finance and treasury processes. Operationally the ShipNet One deployment coexisted with IMC group systems such as the Group Financial System, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, Prosoft HR, Sungard Treasury, the Group SharePoint intranet and a portfolio of in-house .NET applications. The rollout used ADFS for regional single sign on and was managed inside the group IT infrastructure that includes virtualization, backup, disaster recovery and Active Directory based identity services, enabling centralized application management and regional operational support. Governance and operational readiness were executed by the Head of Group Applications and regional IT teams, who managed systems deployment, user support, IT risk controls, business recovery planning, IT capex and operations budgets, and service desk operations. Rollout activities included centralized configuration governance, regional cutover coordination, documentation on the SharePoint intranet and integration into the cloud based Service Desk Portal and asset lifecycle processes to sustain ongoing support and control.
