In 2022, iMFLUX deployed Absorb LMS to centralize Learning and Development, surfacing the Absorb LMS instance directly on the corporate website to deliver role based training and onboarding content. The implementation targeted the companywide training footprint for a 150 person manufacturing organization, aligning e learning delivery with HR led learning programs and operational skills training.
Configuration prioritized standard learning management capabilities consistent with Learning and Development platforms, including course management and curriculum sequencing, learner enrollments and assignments, assessments and completion tracking, and compliance reporting. Absorb LMS was configured to host SCORM and video based content, support learner progress dashboards for managers, and enable scheduled course offerings and automated notifications to learners.
The Absorb LMS instance is made available through iMFLUXs website to facilitate web based access for employees and external contractors, covering HR, operations, production, and quality functions. Integration activity focused on web delivery and user provisioning workflows, with administration scoped to HR and training coordinators responsible for content publishing and learner administration.
Governance included centralized LMS administration, role based access controls for managers and training administrators, and a staged rollout approach by function to sequence content publication and enrollment workflows. Ongoing operational ownership rests with HR and a designated learning administrator responsible for content lifecycle, compliance tracking, and reporting within Absorb LMS.

The Microsoft 365 implementation centered on standard productivity and collaboration capabilities, including hosted email, cloud document libraries, real time team collaboration, and file synchronization, with Office client access for knowledge workers. Microsoft 365 was configured to deliver exchange style messaging, intranet and document management functionality, persistent team spaces, and user file storage consistent with Collaboration category capabilities.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a cloud tenant, surfaced on iMFLUXs public website and accessed via browser and client applications, aligning the website presence with the tenant identity and content sharing model. Deployment included tenant provisioning and cloud service configuration to support mail routing, document sharing, and site embedded content, reflecting a SaaS oriented deployment structure.
Governance focused on centralized tenant administration and administrative controls, with role based user provisioning and access policies to manage collaboration workflows and content governance. Operationally Microsoft 365 impacted companywide collaboration and productivity functions, and was maintained as the primary Collaboration platform for internal teams and for content surfaced on the corporate website.

In 2021, iMFLUX implemented Crazy Egg as its Marketing Analytics solution on the corporate website. The Crazy Egg deployment was used to capture on site user behavior and surface insights for marketing, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Deployment used the Crazy Egg JavaScript snippet embedded site wide and was configured to run heatmaps, scroll maps, click maps, and session recordings on prioritized landing and product pages. The implementation included funnel tracking and snapshot comparisons for variant analysis, with tag based segmentation and sampling controls to focus instrumentation by campaign and device.
Rollout was phased across lead generation and product detail pages, with marketing and product teams granted role based access to Crazy Egg dashboards and recordings.
