Klient Psa was configured to enforce standard PSA workflows for project lifecycle management, capture utilization through time entry linked to projects, and drive billing runs from recorded effort, while enabling forecasted revenue and capacity views for short term resource allocation.
The implementation integrated Klient Psa directly into Salesforce, unifying CRM opportunity data with project intake and delivery records. Operational coverage included professional services delivery and finance functions, with governance centered on centralized process ownership and consolidated license management.
