The program included integration points with Taleo data and a broad bean plug in for job distribution and recruiting metrics, and it succeeded an in house deployment of Oracle E Business Suite R12.13 which was used through 2018. The Cloud HCM environment is described as AOR secure for personnel documents and supports partner applications and plug ins to extend recruiting and payroll workflows. Operational scope covered HR and supply chain ground level functions across eight global locations in the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Italy, Slovakia, and China.
