Governance and process changes centered on role-based processing and communication protocols, accounting staff and Accounting Assistant I resources working directly with Accounts Payable and Payroll Accounting Managers, staff accountants and onsite general managers. Operational controls documented include biweekly payroll processing cadence, daily AP posting routines, weekly check run coordination, vendor inquiry handling, and retention of AP records in Doc-Link to support auditability and ongoing vendor reconciliation.
