The implementation integrated with Sage 300 ERP for data extraction, preserving transactional accuracy and enabling direct population of report templates, while operational scope covered the finance and reporting function and vendor-facing communications. Monthly cadence and per-vendor distribution rules were enforced through the application, ensuring each vendor received ranked product sales by email and internal teams received corresponding consolidated reports. Governance and process changes centered on shifting manual reporting tasks into automated schedules and template version control inside Spindle Document Distribution. Reported outcomes included faster report distribution across teams, reduced manual effort and errors, and improved accuracy as a result of direct ERP integration.
