In 2020, Ingeteam implemented OneStream ESG Reporting as part of a broader OneStream deployment that replaced Oracle HFM to modernize financial consolidation and reporting across its global operations in power conversion and renewable energy. OneStream ESG Reporting was positioned to extend the organization’s existing KPI and reporting framework into sustainability and compliance metrics, while maintaining core consolidation and financial close capabilities.
The deployment centralized financial consolidation, management reporting, extended analytics, and master data management within OneStream, configuring reporting templates and KPI collections to support statutory consolidation and broader corporate reporting. Configuration work focused on unifying chart of accounts, entity hierarchies, and reporting dimensions to simplify master data management and accelerate report generation.
Nova Advisory led the implementation and rollout across Ingeteam’s finance and corporate reporting functions, integrating OneStream into close and reporting workflows used by sites engaged in power conversion and renewable energy projects. Governance changes centralized ownership of master data and reporting rules, introducing control points for consolidation, account reconciliation, and cross-functional reporting processes.
The case study documents faster report generation, improved analytics, and simplified master data management as outcomes of the OneStream deployment, and the inclusion of OneStream ESG Reporting created an extensible path for incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics into Ingeteam’s consolidated reporting environment.
