The implementation configured core financial modules within Workday Financial Management, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting, and leveraged Workday reporting capabilities for period close orchestration. | Lotame | Legacy | Lotame DMP | Data Management Platform | CRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Inland Imaging deployed Lotame DMP as a Data Management Platform on its public website to centralize web audience data for marketing use. The Lotame DMP collects and organizes first party behavioral signals and session events to enable audience segmentation, profile enrichment, and downstream activation for digital advertising and engagement workflows.
The implementation was delivered as a site tagging and server-side collection architecture, with configuration of audience taxonomy, segment building, and export workflows. Lotame DMP was configured to support identity stitching and probabilistic matching common to Data Management Platform deployments, and to provision audience exports for adtech and analytics activation without naming specific downstream systems.
Operational ownership rested with marketing and digital teams, with the deployment scoped to the corporate website. Governance emphasized consent-aware data collection and privacy controls to reduce exposure of sensitive healthcare information, and audience definitions were centralized to standardize targeting and reporting across digital channels.
