| TIBCO Software | Legacy | TIBCO Jaspersoft | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016, inQuba implemented TIBCO Jaspersoft to provide embedded reporting and visualization capabilities for its services. The decision emphasized a best of breed architecture, prioritizing an end-to-end architecture with Single Sign-on and ease of use for both end users and developers to support Analytics and BI requirements. inQuba deployed TIBCO Jaspersoft as the embedded BI and reporting layer, enabling interactive drill down, distributed data visualization reports, and developer-facing report authoring. The company complemented TIBCO Jaspersoft with TIBCO Spotfire for analytics and TIBCO BusinessWorks to integrate client data with hosted services, creating a cohesive analytics stack and clear separation of reporting, analytics, and integration responsibilities. The implementation included explicit integrations with external systems and APIs, including Salesforce.com and other CRM and workflow systems, and it supported data exchange with clients core operational and financial systems. The solution also ingested both structured and unstructured information sources, including web data, voice to text transcripts and triggered survey feeds, to consolidate reporting and enable richer embedded visualizations. Single Sign-on was treated as a governance requirement to deliver a unified authenticated experience across embedded BI and operational applications, and the architecture was configured to make reporting easy to access and administer across developer and end user workflows. inQuba leveraged its long standing partnership with TIBCO to align configuration choices and to use TIBCO BusinessWorks for orchestrating data flows into the hosted services environment. The TIBCO Jaspersoft deployment addressed inQuba Analytics and BI needs for reporting and embedded visualization across client services and operational reporting, and according to the company the TIBCO components fit into the architecture successfully. |
