The program included conversion of customer and vendor master records, invoice and payment histories, and chart of accounts mappings to ensure continuity of accounting and billing operations. Governance changes concentrated on centralizing financial ownership and standardizing month end procedures, documented operating procedures and internal control checklists to align teams on the new system. Training and cutover planning were executed alongside system configuration to embed the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform into existing finance and billing processes.
