Applied Pay configuration centered on hosted payment pages that auto-fill client data from Applied Epic, payment capture workflows for premium transactions, and automated posting to finance systems to reduce reconciliation effort for accounting teams. Functional capabilities implemented included customer-facing checkout flows, payment tokenization and posting orchestration, and mapping of policy identifiers into transaction records.
Integration architecture synchronized client demographics and policy identifiers from Applied Epic into Applied Pay hosted pages and returned transaction posting details to Applied Epic, keeping policy and payment records aligned. The rollout targeted Insurance Center operations across its Kansas offices, with finance, accounting and client service teams in scope, and vendor communications highlighted improved client payment experience and reduced agency overhead across Kansas offices.
