OrangeHRM Legacy OrangeHRM Core HR HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Intellicare formerly Asalus Corporation implemented OrangeHRM as its Core HR application to centralize HR and payroll functions for the Philippines-based healthcare organization. The deployment targeted the company-wide HR function for approximately 1500 employees and served as the primary HR system. The OrangeHRM application was deployed on a PHP and MySQL stack and was extended with audit history tracking and access control list capabilities, alongside custom Payroll functionality. Development work included extensions to capture personnel history and to enforce role based access control, and configuration of Payroll workflows aligned to local payroll requirements. A business intelligence layer was implemented using Excel with PowerPivot and DAX to support HR reporting and analysis. OrangeHRM was integrated with the IT organization’s existing .NET based accounting system developed in C# with SQL Server to align payroll and finance data flows between HR and accounting. Operational ownership covered HR and finance teams, with the system supporting personnel management, payroll processing, and audit trails across the enterprise. Project governance standardized documentation and cross-team communication using MediaWiki, and formalized rollout communications and knowledge capture. Implementation activities were executed by an internal Web Developer in Manila from January 2012 to December 2014, who led the OrangeHRM extensions, the BI build out, system integration, and the project documentation effort.

Tebra Technologies Legacy Kareo Clinical Electronic Health Record ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Intellicare, formerly Asalus Corporation, implemented Kareo Clinical Electronic Health Record to support medical billing and revenue cycle activities during a focused operational rollout. The deployment is documented in a May 2015 to August 2015 timeframe and centered on billing operations rather than enterprise wide clinical integration. The implementation emphasized billing and claims management capabilities within Kareo Clinical, including charge posting, insurance collections, denial and rejection correction, appeal correspondence, and credit card payment processing by phone. Staff training records note hands on learning of Kareo Clinical alongside Practice Fusion, indicating parallel EHR familiarity for teams handling clinical and billing workflows. Operational scope covered the medical billing team and patient accounts functions, with daily activities that included calling insurers on non payment claims, correcting denied or rejected claims, calling patients to update insurance data, answering account inquiries, and managing all correspondence and appeal letters. Configuration and workflow work focused on claim status follow up, denial resolution procedures, and payment posting processes to align accounts receivable activities with Kareo Clinical claim lifecycle terminology. Governance was organized around billing process ownership within accounts receivable and appeals management, with frontline billers responsible for executing insurance collections and claims adjudication tasks in Kareo Clinical. The implementation narrative documents role level training and process centric controls for insurance follow up and patient account maintenance rather than named system integrations.
