In 2015, Intelligent Pathways implemented Bonita Process Mining in the Process Mining category. The deployment used Bonitasoft's single design and runtime environment to centralize business functionality, combining Bonita Forms and the BPM process runtime to model, execute and monitor process flows.
Configuration emphasized accurate electronic data capture through Bonita Forms, assignment of responsibilities and escalation rules for form processing, and runtime instrumentation to monitor and measure the effectiveness of business functions. The implementation leveraged the Bonita BPM process runtime to orchestrate user tasks, automate form based workflows and enforce process based task ownership.
Intelligent Pathways positioned the implementation across its consulting and solution delivery functions, using the platform to standardize form workflows and operational governance for service delivery. The firm compared Bonita to a range of other BPM providers and found that Bonita met expectations with a competitive advantage in agility and price, and Principal Consultant David Edson recommended Bonita.
Governance changes included explicit responsibility assignment and embedded escalation pathways within process models to support operational accountability and process measurement. Bonita Process Mining provided an integrated design to runtime path, enabling Intelligent Pathways to capture, monitor and measure process data within a single Process Mining and BPM environment.
