In 2017, Inter Cars implemented Comarch Optima HRM as a Core HR solution to centralize HR and payroll operations for the MAT Warsaw branch and to support group-level HR processes. The deployment targeted core personnel lifecycle functions used by HR and Payroll Managers in Warsaw, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll calculation, statutory reporting and personnel record keeping.
Comarch Optima HRM was configured to handle multi-component salary calculations, maintenance of personnel records in accordance with statutory requirements, and registers for holidays, sickness benefits, work schedules and time tracking. The implementation supported HR workflows for recruitment, initiation and organization of training programs, construction of development and incentive programs, and periodic employee opinion surveys, reflecting the job-level responsibilities described for HR and Payroll Manager roles.
Operational outputs from the Comarch Optima HRM implementation included preparation of statutory declarations to the Tax Office, ZUS and PFRON, and support for social security filings and changes processed through the Płatnik program. The system operated across departmental hiring requests and payroll activities for employees and associates, aligning HR administrative tasks with statutory compliance requirements for the Warsaw site and group entities.
Governance was oriented around role-specific HR and payroll responsibilities, with configured workflows for payroll calculations, approvals and statutory submissions, and structured processes for holiday and time off administration. The Comarch Optima HRM deployment provided a single application footprint for HR and payroll functions at Inter Cars, enabling HR managers to administer recruitment, payroll and training workflows within a compliant Core HR platform.
