Operational outputs from the Comarch Optima HRM implementation included preparation of statutory declarations to the Tax Office, ZUS and PFRON, and support for social security filings and changes processed through the Płatnik program. The system operated across departmental hiring requests and payroll activities for employees and associates, aligning HR administrative tasks with statutory compliance requirements for the Warsaw site and group entities. Governance was oriented around role-specific HR and payroll responsibilities, with configured workflows for payroll calculations, approvals and statutory submissions, and structured processes for holiday and time off administration. The Comarch Optima HRM deployment provided a single application footprint for HR and payroll functions at Inter Cars, enabling HR managers to administer recruitment, payroll and training workflows within a compliant Core HR platform.
