CaptivateIQ Assist was configured to surface commission statements, interpret natural language queries about payouts, and provide automated responses to common questions, reflecting typical Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities. Configuration work included mapping commission calculation rules inside CaptivateIQ Incentives and embedding the Assist conversational layer to resolve routine rep inquiries while flagging exceptions for finance review.
Rollout focused on sales and finance teams and completed in 55 days, with operational governance defined around commission workflows, exception routing, and escalation paths to finance. The deployment corresponded with a reported reduction in rep commission inquiries of about 30 percent, and governance emphasized automated triage of disputes and clear escalation handoffs to the finance organization.
