The deployment leveraged AppLearn Adopt capabilities to deliver contextual, in-application guidance and adoption workflows that sit alongside target applications to improve frontline employee productivity. Integrations were implemented with Cornerstone and Infor EAM to surface guidance and adoption signals, and the implementation explicitly covered HR and operations teams across the USA and Canada. The North American rollout deflected more than 14,000 support tickets in nine months and saved over $200,000 in support costs according to the AppLearn success story.
