Operational coverage targeted Intermarché distribution centers across France and extended to merchandising and operations stakeholders as the program matured. A 2025 extension built on the 2020 deployment and expanded AI-driven forecasting use cases beyond supply chain into merchandising and store operations, increasing cross-functional governance over forecast inputs and deployment cadence.

Operationally the rollout targeted the Intermarché Drive e commerce workflow, impacting e commerce product discovery, online merchandising and the customer facing search experience. The scope emphasized handling catalog scale and resilience during traffic spikes to preserve search availability during peak shopping periods.
Governance changes centralized catalog and merchandising workflows to feed the search layer, enabling merchandising teams to adjust result sorting and autocomplete behavior without code changes. Prediggo Intelligent Search reduced zero result searches and increased conversion by about 10%, and it delivered improved resilience for traffic spikes as reported in the Prediggo case study.
