In 2020 Intermarche Portugal implemented E-goi CDP as a Customer Data Platform to unify online and offline customer data for marketing and CRM and to enable phygital initiatives across its store network. The deployment positioned E-goi CDP as the central profile and orchestration layer for customer identity, segmentation, and campaign automation.
The implementation included in store tracking via Smart Wifi, hypersegmentation capabilities, AI driven product recommendations and orchestration for automated communications. E-goi CDP was configured to surface behavioral segments and recommendation outputs to marketing workflows, enabling targeted omnichannel campaigns and registration flows for wifi and loyalty.
Operational coverage extended across Intermarche Portugal retail sites and digital touchpoints, consolidating identifiers from online interactions and in store tracking into persistent customer profiles. The Customer Data Platform served marketing and CRM teams as the integration hub for phygital engagement, supporting registration capture and personalized messaging based on unified profiles.
