In 2021, International University of Science and Technology Kuwait implemented CreatixCampus CRM as part of a cloud-first Outcome-Based Education OBE program to automate admissions, OBE curriculum mapping and recruitment workflows in Kuwait. The implementation targeted the full student lifecycle and admissions as a student CRM use case, and the deployment completed on time and under budget while onboarding over 600 users across campus administrative and academic staff.
CreatixCampus CRM was configured to deliver core modules for student lifecycle management and admissions, explicit OBE curriculum mapping capabilities, and automated recruitment workflow orchestration. The implementation included configuration of outcome mapping to curriculum elements, admissions pipeline automation, and recruitment lead processing to align academic outcome tracking with enrollment workflows.
The deployment followed a cloud-first architecture centered on a CreatixCampus CRM SaaS instance, providing a centralized CRM for admissions and student lifecycle processes across IUK in Kuwait. Operational coverage focused on admissions offices, academic affairs and recruitment functions, with the CRM serving as the system of record for prospective student engagement and OBE curriculum alignment.
Governance and rollout incorporated staged user onboarding and process changes to support OBE governance and admission operations, with training and role-based access provisioned for more than 600 users. The program produced measurable efficiency and scalability benefits for IUK’s OBE and admissions processes, reflecting the stated outcomes of the CreatrixCampus CRM engagement.
