Genpact Legacy Genpact Cora ARFlow AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, InterNex Capital implemented Genpact Cora ARFlow as part of an AR Automation initiative integrated into its Velocity digital lending platform co-developed with Genpact. The cloud based deployment integrated Genpact Cora ARFlow with Velocity to automate invoice to cash processes, cash application, and reconciliations for the fintechs SMB lending operations, and it went live in under six months. The implementation focused on accounts receivable orchestration, including automated cash application, reconciliation workflows, and exception management consistent with AR Automation capabilities. Configuration emphasized straight through processing for payment matching and rules driven reconciliation, while workflow automation reduced manual touchpoints across funding workflows. Genpact co-developed the Velocity digital lending platform and integrated Cora ARFlow into that platform, creating an end to end link between lending application processing and receivables operations. Operational scope centered on SMB lending functions, with direct impact on finance and lending operations through centralized invoice processing and reconciliations. The cloud based solution delivered about a 40% reduction in time from application to funding and enabled substantial scaling of client funding, outcomes reported in the project summary. Governance centered on platform level orchestration between Velocity and Genpact Cora ARFlow, with process automation replacing manual invoice to cash tasks to support faster funding cycles.
