Sapphire Systems delivered system configuration, data migration and end user training, positioning finance and operations staff as primary operational users. The rollout centralized transaction processing and reporting to enable consistent financial processes across the organisation and its network of film clubs and programmes. Governance was implemented through role-based access controls, approval workflows and periodic reconciliation procedures to strengthen financial control and reporting. Will Elkerton, Director of Finance and Operations, reported positive user experience, stating I’m finding Infor SunSystems quite easy to use on the job, it’s not too complex and we’ve had quite a good experience with it, so we’re pleased.
