Operational coverage targeted InVision's People Ops function and distributed team managers in the United States, embedding the Kallidus Sapling onboarding capability into cross-functional hiring and onboarding workflows. Rollout details emphasized adoption by hiring managers and People Ops as the primary operating model for new hire coordination.
Governance changes included formalizing standardized onboarding checklists and shifting coordination to the People Ops platform to speed communications between teams.
