| Oracle | Sage Intacct | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2020 | 2021 |
In 2020, Invitae implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its enterprise financial backbone. The deployment replaced Sage Intacct and centralized financial management to support rapid growth within the healthcare genomics company, aligning accounting operations under a single ERP Financial platform.
Oracle Cloud ERP, configured as an ERP Financial system, was implemented to support core finance modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, revenue management and consolidated financial close. The implementation included application controls and segregation of duties configurations typical of ERP Financial deployments, and leveraged Oracle capabilities for automated financial close orchestration and control monitoring.
The implementation was executed against a cloud-first architecture and the control scope explicitly covered Invitaes AWS-hosted microservices and internally developed applications. The technology audit plan and control testing included interfaces and operational touchpoints with developer tooling and cloud operations technologies referenced by the organization, such as Okta, Splunk, GitHub, Kubernetes and Docker, and addressed the operational task of integrating acquired companies and assets into Oracle Cloud ERP.
Governance and assurance were a central element of the rollout, with Internal Audit taking responsibility for assessing and testing Oracle Cloud ERP controls to support SOX, FDA, HIPAA and HITRUST compliance goals. The program emphasized ICFR controls, segregation of duties, role based access and coordination between external auditors, the Information Security team and development teams, while the Internal Audit and Technology Audit functions were tasked with scaling controls across M&A activity and Invitaes cloud based application architecture.

| Pendo.io | Legacy | Pendo Adopt | Digital Adoption | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Invitae implemented Pendo Adopt on its public website as part of a Digital Adoption initiative. The deployment was centered on web property instrumentation, with Pendo Adopt embedded via client-side snippet to capture user behavior and deliver in-context guidance across customer-facing flows. This approach positioned Pendo Adopt to serve both product analytics and end-user engagement on the website.
Pendo Adopt was configured to deliver typical Digital Adoption capabilities such as in-app guidance and walkthroughs, product usage analytics, user segmentation, and on-site feedback capture. Configuration work focused on authoring contextual guides and defining event tracking for high-value flows, enabling teams to orchestrate onboarding and feature discovery inside the web experience.
Operational ownership for Pendo Adopt was aligned with product management and customer success, extending to support and onboarding teams that leverage guide content and analytics to inform workflows. Governance centered on content lifecycle controls, tagging and segmentation standards, and iterative release practices for guide creation, ensuring the Pendo Adopt implementation remained consistent across Invitae’s public web touchpoints.

| Legacy | Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Invitae implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its Collaboration platform. The deployment is referenced on Invitae public assets and serves as the enterprise suite for email, calendar, document collaboration and meetings for an organization of approximately 2,900 employees, establishing Google Workspace as a core Collaboration application for corporate productivity workflows.
Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) was configured to provide standard Collaboration capabilities including enterprise email, shared drive storage, real time document editing, and video conferencing, supporting synchronous and asynchronous teamwork. Configuration signals align with typical category workflows such as group based access controls, shared drives for team content organization, and centralized administrative controls to manage user provisioning and content sharing policies.
Operational coverage emphasizes company wide collaboration and productivity functions, integrating Google Workspace into day to day communication and document lifecycle processes across corporate teams. Governance around account administration, access controls and data retention is a natural complement to the Collaboration deployment given the healthcare industry context, and the public reference on Invitae web properties confirms vendor usage without additional named integrations disclosed.
