In 2015, Ire-Omba deployed Labinf LIGEST as its ERP Financial application to support purchasing and administrative operations at the Torri di Quartesolo, Veneto site. Ire-Omba Labinf LIGEST ERP Financial was used to centralize purchase order management, supplier master records, invoice posting and document archiving, directly supporting purchasing and administrative business functions described in staff records from June 2015 to July 2018.
The implementation emphasized core ERP Financial modules and workflows, including purchase order entry, supplier list creation with technical and system specifications, request for quotation handling, accounts payable invoice recording, and archival of purchase documentation. Labinf LIGEST was used for entering orders into company records, requesting and archiving documents for company orders, drafting business correspondence and requests for quotations, statistical processing of purchases and outsourced work, and producing data for management reports and purchase order tracking. These capabilities align with standard procurement to pay and financial traceability processes within an ERP Financial system.
Operational coverage focused on the Purchasing Office and the Administrative Office, with day to day use by purchasing clerks responsible for supplier outreach, negotiation support, invoice recording and maintenance of financial traceability. Governance centered on standardizing supplier specifications, consolidating purchase documentation into the Labinf LIGEST record set, and embedding procurement data processing and reminders into routine workflows. The available records do not document additional system integrations or external implementation partners.
