In 2016 Irwin M&E signed with RedSky in February for Service Management and later adopted RedSky Business Analytics to replace paper and Excel reporting across its Northern Ireland and UK operations. RedSky Business Analytics, classified as Analytics and BI, was introduced to centralize operational and contract-level reporting for field service and contract management teams.
The RedSky Business Analytics deployment implemented dashboard-driven operational and contract-level reporting and drew data from the companys RedSky Service Management instance to unify client reporting workflows. The rollout covered Northern Ireland and UK operations and replaced manual paper and spreadsheet processes, transforming review preparation and distribution. The dashboards reduced monthly review meeting time from around seven hours to roughly 2.5 to 3 hours and cut time to produce client reports from hours to minutes, delivering faster access to contract and operational performance data.
