Governance and operational ownership rested with the IT and Ecommerce Manager along with Head Office Operations, combining system administration, order-to-cash process control and supply chain oversight. Rollout emphasized operational integration between ecommerce, warehousing and customer fulfillment functions, using Intact Vline to centralize transactional data and operational workflows.
