The deployment focused on registration, on-site check-in, automated badge printing, and exhibitor lead capture as core functional modules within the Association Management application. re:Members AMS was configured to align event and CRM functions, supporting badge printing automation and exhibitor lead workflows used by event operations and exhibitor services. Crowd Comms developed a custom API integration with re:Members AMS to enable real-time registration and bidirectional data flow between the AMS and on-site event technology, supporting badge printers and lead-capture devices. The integration and operational configuration were executed for the April 2025 Boston meeting, producing 4,579 unique badges and achieving a 75% exhibitor lead-capture adoption during the event. Governance centralized event registration and data stewardship in the re:Members AMS instance, with role based access and integrated workflows for check-in, badge fulfillment, and post event exhibitor follow up. The implementation emphasized live data synchronization between event teams and the Association Management system to coordinate registration operations and exhibitor CRM functions.
