In 2013, ISO-Office implemented AppGear Backoffice as its Enterprise resource planning platform to centralize backoffice and operational business functions for the professional services firm in Switzerland. AppGear Backoffice was built on the AppGear Back Office engine and delivered as a SaaS solution hosted and managed by the ISO-Office team, providing a controlled operational model under ISO-Office ownership.
The implementation used dynamic templates and forms to create a configurable interface that supports customized branding and content for client-specific requirements. Functional modules implemented include CRM, Billing, HelpDesk, Cash Forecasting, Asset / Inventory and Reporting modules, with the AppGear Backoffice billing engine configured to support minimums, volume based payouts, multiple account splits and billing by specific activity or transaction type.
Integrations include connectors to multiple banking platforms that feed live transactional data into the system for reporting and billing workflows, and orchestration with third party hardware management systems that deploy configuration profiles and parameters to field equipment such as POS and ATM devices. Operational coverage spans customer management, billing operations, helpdesk support and field device provisioning, consolidating transactional and device data into the ERP reporting layer.
Governance is retained by the ISO-Office team through a hosted SaaS delivery model, with the architecture designed to meet the strict policies and security protocols of the payments industry. Reporting and cash forecasting capabilities are instrumented to consume live banking feeds and device telemetry, supporting operational workflows without external implementation partners.
