In 2024 Italmondo implemented LogMeIn Miradore as its EMM / MDM / MAM solution to centralize management of corporate mobile endpoints for a 1,500 employee transportation company. The deployment emphasized centralized enrollment, policy enforcement, and inventory tracking for mobile devices used by operations and administrative staff.
LogMeIn Miradore was configured to provide device enrollment and lifecycle management, configuration profile distribution, application provisioning, OS update orchestration, and remote wipe capabilities. The implementation included compliance monitoring, device inventory reconciliation, certificate and WiFi configuration, and role based policy assignment aligned to business functions.
Operational workflows used Service Desk ticketing in Jira for incident and request management, while Active Directory provided user and permission provisioning referenced in device administration tasks. Technicians performed remote troubleshooting using TeamViewer and Remote Desktop, and telephony administration via 3CX remained coordinated with endpoint management activities to support user communications.
Governance was implemented through role based access to Miradore and a ticket driven device lifecycle process covering enrollment, incident remediation, and decommissioning, with IT Service Desk ownership for day to day operations. Configuration of LogMeIn Miradore and the associated workflows established a consistent operational model for mobile device support across IT Service Desk, field operations, and administrative teams.
