Integration workstreams tied the Oracle Cloud ERP rollout into the existing ITC Infotech finance landscape to preserve downstream reporting and upstream billing continuity. Operational coverage included finance, accounting and treasury teams, with delivery and cutover coordination led from Chennai.
Governance established a centralized ERP delivery and operations organization led by the Delivery Head for ERP, formalizing change control, role based access governance and release management to limit configuration drift. The rollout relied on phased testing and cutover cycles, scripted reconciliations and validation gates to ensure financial integrity during and after go live.

Governance and process ownership rested with the Talent Management Corporate Team, which anchored joining formalities, statutory compliance workflows such as PF nomination and gratuity documentation, and induction programs including weekly induction and end user training on how to use PeopleSoft. The team also managed data entry, creation and modification of HRMS records and oversight of report generation and exception handling, embedding PeopleSoft HCM into HR administration and talent management operations.
