In 2025, J V S Exports implemented eSSL eTimetrackLite in a Time and Attendance deployment at its Karur garment facility. eSSL Security executed the project, deploying 7 lanes of flap barriers integrated with 15 MARS AI face-recognition terminals to support attendance and access for a 2,500+ worker facility.
The implementation linked the MARS AI face-recognition terminals and flap barrier controllers to the eTimeTrackLite Web backend, establishing a device-to-backend architecture for real-time attendance capture. eSSL eTimetrackLite was configured to perform biometric authentication at gates, gate control coordination, and centralized web-based attendance recording, aligning with standard Time and Attendance functional workflows such as shift capture, timestamping, and attendance reporting.
Integrations explicitly included the flap barriers and the 15 MARS AI face-recognition terminals, with all devices reporting into the eTimeTrackLite backend. Operational coverage was focused on gate entry points at the Karur site and the system supported HR timekeeping, site security operations, and worker throughput management for the garment production campus.
Governance and rollout were executed by eSSL Security and focused on on-premises device orchestration and web backend provisioning. Outcomes reported by the implementation include secure, real-time attendance tracking and smoother worker throughput at gates, reflecting consolidated Time & Attendance (HR) capture and automated entry control.
