Operational coverage targeted the corporate finance, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement functions that interact with the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial stack. Reports Manager was provisioned to consolidate operational and statutory reporting outputs from the covered modules, enabling centralized report scheduling and distribution within finance teams. Project governance followed a structured R12 upgrade program approach with module-level configuration, system and integration testing, and cutover planning aligned to fiscal close cycles. Governance activities emphasized configuration controls, reconciliations and scripted testing of accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, collections and cash processes to ensure continuity of finance operations after the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 upgrade.
