Governance focused on standardizing call logging and disposition workflows, implementing recording access controls, and formalizing missed call escalation procedures to ensure consistent lead follow up. The rollout combined TeleCMI configuration, Zoho CRM connectivity, user profiling for showroom agents, and process changes to align call handling with sales follow up routines.
Reported outcomes from the implementation included a 379% increase in inbound calls and a 285% increase in outbound calls, outcomes attributed to centralized TeleCMI Business Phone System telephony and CRM integrated call handling.
