Workflow planning and wave picking were embedded in the ERP-driven warehouse orchestration, changing day-to-day operational sequencing and reducing reliance on manual paperwork. The rollout enabled the business to add complementary Lanham modules like Demand Planning and Lanham EDI as volume grew, while keeping data consolidated in Business Central. Explicit results documented by the implementation include receiving cycle times reduced from three days to fewer than two hours, shipping accuracy approaching 100 percent, and immediate availability of shipping and receiving information inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. These outcomes improved the speed of putaway and order fulfilment, with all inventory and shipping events logged in the ERP Financial system in real-time.
