ClaimWizard Legacy ClaimWizard Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Jansen/Adjusters International deployed ClaimWizard as its Insurance Claims Management application to centralize claims intake, payment posting, and operational reporting. The implementation targeted accounting and administration functions supporting the corporate controller and CEO, and established ClaimWizard as the primary system for daily customer payment entry alongside existing financial tools. Configuration work focused on claims processing workflows, accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking, commission tagging, and claims billing. ClaimWizard was configured to capture commission tag data and produce billing reports and sales reports, and the platform was used to process monthly employee expense reports for more than thirty employees, matching the firm s day to day accounting responsibilities. Operational workflows required daily posting of customer payments into both QuickBooks and ClaimWizard, and the team used ClaimWizard records to support bank and credit card reconciliation activities. The deployment covered core accounting and billing functions across the company, integrating functional usage between ClaimWizard and the firm s QuickBooks bookkeeping activities through parallel posting and reconciliations. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized reporting and control of payables and receivables, with standard operating procedures for daily payment entry and monthly expense submissions. Outcomes documented by the customer included generating reports that saved time and money and creating a system that improved organization and control of the company s payables and receivables while using ClaimWizard for Insurance Claims Management.
