In 2024 Japan Rental implemented Kinjiro HR, deploying Kinjiro's Universal 勤次郎 to manage HR and attendance for its 24-hour operator workforce. The project is scoped as a Core HR deployment focused on managing complex, continuous shift patterns and automating payroll-related attendance processing.
The implementation configured flowing shift management capabilities within Kinjiro HR to support continuous operator rotations, rule-based time capture, and automated attendance aggregation for payroll input. Functional configuration emphasized attendance engine rules, shift pattern templates, and payroll interface automation to produce payroll-ready records from captured attendance data.
Rollout moved to full production on December 1, 2024, and the deployment concentrated operational coverage on operations staff and HR/payroll functions. Governance centered on shift rule configuration and attendance validation workflows, and vendor case documentation cites reduced month-end payroll burden and faster error detection as operational outcomes.
