Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Jawa Power implemented Infor SunSystems to centralize and standardize its corporate finance systems for the Paiton power generation operations. The Infor SunSystems deployment supported ERP Financial responsibilities including statutory and management reporting for the company that operates the 1,220 MW Paiton plant and holds a long term power purchase agreement with PT.PLN. Configuration work focused on core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets and multicurrency financial reporting, with chart of accounts alignment to support contract driven revenue and cost accounting common in independent power producer operations. Infor SunSystems was used to consolidate plant-level accounting with corporate finance processes for the Jawa Power entity. Megadata has been working closely with PT. Jawa Power since 2013 providing services to upgrade SunSystems 5.3 to 6.1, executing version upgrade tasks, configuration adjustments, testing and stabilization. That engagement provided ongoing application support and helped operationalize Infor SunSystems functionality across accounting workflows at the Paiton site and the corporate finance group. Governance and rollout were executed as an iterative upgrade and stabilization program, with Megadata performing environment upgrades and end user enablement. Jawa Power previously engaged the same vendor group through its holding company Lensa Esa International for HR PowerPlus, creating continuity between HR and finance application support.
