The rollout covered cross-functional departments within Jellyfish and scaled to the company employee base of approximately 600, aligning recognition practices across regional teams in the UK and the US. Operational use cases centered on embedding values into daily interactions and enabling HR to measure participation and manager engagement.
Governance was driven by People operations, using Bonusly Achieve reporting to inform manager coaching and recognition policy adjustments, with analytics used to monitor both values distribution and manager response. Jellyfish achieved a sustained ~92% participation rate, demonstrating wide adoption of Bonusly Achieve as a Performance and Goal Management tool supporting HR and People functions.
