In 2020 Jellysmack implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its core financial system to centralize accounting and FP&A functions, explicitly using the ERP Financial application to support month end and year end closing. The implementation is positioned within the finance organization and addresses accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, payroll coordination, and investor and bank reporting workflows.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support monthly and annual closing in accordance with group rules and internal control and SOX requirements, and to house P&L reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities. Configuration work emphasized standard ERP Financial ledgers and reporting engines, close task orchestration, and record level controls to align with the companys established compliance requirements.
The deployment integrates with a set of specialized finance and HR tools named in source records, including Kyriba for cash management and cash flow forecasting, Deel for freelancer payments, Payfit and Workday for payroll variables and wage bill analysis, and Spendesk and Movinmotion for expense and operational payment workflows. These integrations connect treasury, payroll and expense systems to Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate financial data, reporting and cash position visibility across corporate finance and the French operating site in Levallois-Perret.
Governance and process change accompanied the rollout with documented close processes, control checkpoints for IC and SOX alignment, and consolidated management of business and reporting tools under finance ownership. Payroll processing and variable pay analysis were operationalized through coordinated interfaces between Oracle NetSuite ERP and Payfit and Workday, while freelancer and vendor disbursements were routed through Deel and expense platforms to maintain consistent financial records.
