| Zinc Work | Legacy | Zinc Background Checks | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2024 | 2024 | In 2024 Jensten Group implemented Zinc Background Checks. Zinc Background Checks, a BackGround Screening application, was adopted by the HR organization to automate regulated screening workflows including right-to-work, DBS, and reference checks and to support scaled bulk re-checks across the firm. The implementation centered on Zinc Right-to-Work, DBS and reference checks modules, configured to automate document verification, evidence capture, result adjudication, and batch re-check scheduling. Configuration emphasized workflow automation and case management to replace manually intensive screening steps and to enable repeatable processing of large candidate and employee cohorts. The deployment integrated with HiBob for HRIS workflows, enabling end-to-end HR status updates and screening orchestration from the HR system of record into Zinc Background Checks. Operational scope covered Jensten Group HR and recruitment functions across its United Kingdom operations and was sized to support the firm’s employee population of approximately 450 staff. Governance changes included standardized screening procedures and centralized audit trail capture within Zinc Background Checks to support regulated compliance. The implementation reduced turnaround from weeks to about 1–2 days and substantially lowered manual intervention by automating bulk re-checks and routine verification tasks. | |
