In 2015, Southeast Texas Ear, Nose, & Throat implemented Greenway Health Prime Suite EHR at the Beaumont, Texas clinic led by Jeremy Roebuck, MD. The implementation focused on centralizing clinical and front desk operations under a single Electronic Health Record platform to support patient intake, allergy clinic workflows, and medication management.
Configuration centered on core Electronic Health Record capabilities, including patient scheduling and registration, insurance verification and eligibility checks, clinical documentation and vitals capture, and medication e prescribing. The deployment was configured to support allergy immunotherapy workflows, documenting injections, mixing of allergy vials, allergy testing results, and charge capture through superbill creation for billing staff.
