Rollout and governance were scoped to finance and billing teams within Jetty’s US operations, with process changes to align billing workflows and policy bind steps to the new system. According to the case study, outcomes included improved policy bind speed and enhanced near-real-time financial reporting and payments visibility as delivered by Socotra Billing.
