Sage Legacy Sage Intacct ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2013
In 2012, Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services implemented Sage Intacct as its ERP Financial application to centralize core financial operations. The initial deployment positioned Sage Intacct to support the nonprofit finance organization by focusing on general ledger, accounts payable, and purchasing workflow management across finance and procurement functions. Sage Intacct was configured to receive and process general ledger and accounts payable data imports, to manage purchasing workflow approvals, and to administer user roles and access for finance staff. Integrations were limited to inbound GL and AP data feeds to automate posting and vendor invoice intake, while internal governance centralized user administration and purchase approval routing. Operational coverage emphasized the finance and procurement departments, with configuration and controls tailored to nonprofit accounting requirements.

CareerBuilder Oracle Taleo Cloud Service CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services implemented CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS, replacing Oracle Taleo Cloud Service to modernize Applicant Tracking System support for recruiting and onboarding processes. The CareerBuilder Jobs.net ATS implementation was conducted alongside a broader HRIS data and integration program centered on Ceridian Dayforce, and the project explicitly tied recruiting intake to Dayforce import requirements for new hires. Implementation work included configuration of data collection and workflow capabilities, and reconfiguration of Taleo prior to cutover to create employee personal data forms that mirrored Ceridian import fields. The program updated Status Reasons to improve reporting of employee work events, built routing workflows to ensure data changes flowed to correct approvers before system updates, and established an Excel conversion template to translate Federation Employee Guidance Services FEGS data into the file format required by Dayforce. Integrations and operational coverage were focused on Ceridian Dayforce and benefit vendor interfaces, with technical coordination to eliminate manual data massaging of interface files. The team partnered with Ceridian and benefit vendors to reconfigure interfaces and worked with Ceridian to repair Dayforce reporting so Effective Date reporting and event reporting for hires, terminations, and pay changes functioned correctly. Operational stakeholders included Finance, HR management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Union leadership, and the effort managed the data collection, auditing, and importation of 700 FEGS employees into the Jewish Board within a two month timeframe. Governance and process changes emphasized approvals and data stewardship, partnering with the Director of Benefits to reconfigure Dayforce benefits logic so benefits automatically end for employees on Unpaid Leave or Terminated. The initiative reduced manual manipulation of data and removed the need for manual massaging of interface files, and it centralized the end to end flow from applicant data collection in the Applicant Tracking System through HRIS import and benefits provisioning.
