Operational stakeholders included Finance, HR management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Union leadership, and the effort managed the data collection, auditing, and importation of 700 FEGS employees into the Jewish Board within a two month timeframe.
Governance and process changes emphasized approvals and data stewardship, partnering with the Director of Benefits to reconfigure Dayforce benefits logic so benefits automatically end for employees on Unpaid Leave or Terminated. The initiative reduced manual manipulation of data and removed the need for manual massaging of interface files, and it centralized the end to end flow from applicant data collection in the Applicant Tracking System through HRIS import and benefits provisioning.
