Workstream Onboarding was used as the primary applicant management and new-hire orchestration tool, handling applicant intake, scheduling interviews, initiating background checks, and distributing new-hire and exit surveys to support hiring across retail sites.
Operational configuration emphasized hands-on HR administration, with data entry and workflow execution performed by HR staff. The implementation included use of applicant lookup and address matching to route candidates to local stores, scheduling interviews for store-level hiring, and managing training enrollment and webinars for approximately 40 managers, reflecting a people-and-process oriented rollout rather than a purely technical automation program.
Workstream Onboarding workflows were executed alongside data capture into multiple back-office systems, with staff performing data entry into Sage 100 and an HRMS as part of the onboarding lifecycle. Reconciliation and benefits administration activities were operationally coordinated with external providers, with monthly eligibility checks and bill reconciliations for Presbyterian, Allstate, and Guardian included in the HR workflow.
