Workstream Onboarding workflows were executed alongside data capture into multiple back-office systems, with staff performing data entry into Sage 100 and an HRMS as part of the onboarding lifecycle. Reconciliation and benefits administration activities were operationally coordinated with external providers, with monthly eligibility checks and bill reconciliations for Presbyterian, Allstate, and Guardian included in the HR workflow. Governance and quality controls were implemented through regular audits, maintenance of databases and schedules, and logging of store checks plus Safety and Crew meeting records for OSHA compliance. The HR Administrative Assistant maintained the end-to-end onboarding process, routed interviews and phone traffic, conducted background check steps, and ran turnover reporting and surveys to inform ongoing hiring and retention practices.
