Approximately 200+ devices were installed across clinical and support areas to control room and elevator access, to register visitors with time and zone restrictions, and to improve shift handling and security across the hospital campus. The installation footprint covered hospital security checkpoints and constrained visitor routes in Thimphu, and the COSEC PATH DCFE devices operate within the Matrix people-mobility solution to align physical access events with HR and visitor management processes. Rollout was organized to support continuous 24 hour operations, with operational ownership assigned to hospital security and HR teams to enforce access zones and shift schedules. The Matrix Comsec COSEC PATH DCFE deployment was implemented to manage complex shift patterns, restrict elevator movement by policy and enforce visitor time zone rules as part of a unified access control and time-attendance strategy.
