Operational integration included a direct connection to QuickBooks Online to synchronize bookkeeping ledgers and reduce manual journal entry. The platform’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant was used to extract invoice fields such as amounts, invoice numbers, and purchase order references, feeding an automated review cycle that reduced hands-on data entry and accelerated approvals.
